Excellent company! Was in an accident and needed my car towed from 91N to my home in East Hartford. The tow truck came fast, the driver was very knowledgeable/friendly and the price was reasonable! Would definitely recommend them and use them again; But hopefully I won’t need to use their services again haha! Thank you guys so much for your help I really appreciate it!

I highly recommend Nelcon Towing. I was recently in a car accident on 91 North and Nelcon came to tow my car which was totaled and take me to a safe place to wait for my ride to Massachusetts.Selena was so professional and beyond that I was by myself and she was beyond comforting and knowledgable getting me through the process. If your car needs a tow you are lucky to have Nelcon show up for you.

My daughter was on her way back to Sacred Heart U and broke down 200 miles from home. AAA couldn't get to her for 3 hours and it was after 5pm. It's a helpless feeling for a dad. I called Nelcon and Gary picked up on the first ring. While we were on the phone he immediately dispatched a truck towards her. And then proceeded to call her and make sure she was in a safe place off in the highway and helped coordinate an Uber from his shop. He reassured her they were minutes away. Kudra the tow tech helped carry her gear to the pick up location and made sure she was safely was on her way in the Uber before leaving. Complete strangers have become friends. I won't forget your kindness and consideration for for my little girl. Thank you Gary, Kudra and the whole Nelcon team. You guys are UNBELIEVABLE!

Gary was very helpful with figuring out the most cost efferent option to junk my car after they towed it on a Sunday to their yard. Instead of a stressful errand, he made me laugh and got everything sorted out quickly. Excellent customer service! The tow was also very quick to get to my car, and get it off the road. My daughter experienced a sidewall blowout on I-84. A bystander stopped to help, but in the process, stripped out the lug nuts on the tire when trying to change it. Victor from Nelcon just happened to be passing by and stopped to help. The bystander took off realizing he made a mistake. Victor stayed with my daughter with lights on his wrecker until AAA arrived. He even tried to help with the tire with the tools he had on-hand. Thank you, Nelcon, for having courteous, thoughtful drivers!
