About Us

Since 2005, Nelcon Towing & Recovery has proudly served Connecticut and beyond with dependable, professional towing and recovery services. What began as a family-owned business has grown into a trusted towing and recovery operation capable of handling everything from everyday roadside assistance to complex heavy-duty recoveries and major highway incidents.

For more than 20 years, our reputation has been built on hard work, experience, safety, and doing the job right. Our team is equipped and trained to respond to a wide variety of situations, whether it’s helping a stranded motorist, recovering a tractor-trailer, transporting heavy equipment, or working alongside law enforcement and first responders at an emergency scene.

At Nelcon, this business is personal. We are family owned and operated, and the next generation continues to work alongside the generation that built the company. That family foundation has shaped the way we operate and the way we treat our customers, employees, and community.

We know that when someone calls Nelcon, they are often having a difficult day or facing a challenging situation. Our goal is to provide a professional, safe, and reliable response when it matters most.
As we continue to grow, our values remain the same as they were in 2005: work hard, take pride in what we do, take care of people, and get the job done safely.

Nelcon Towing & Recovery — Family owned. Professionally driven. Ready when you need us.
