All vehicles offered for sale at this auction are abandoned motor vehicles processed in accordance with applicable Connecticut law, including but not limited to Connecticut General Statutes Section 14-150. All vehicles are sold “as is,” “where is,” with no warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The auctioneer and seller make no representations regarding the mechanical condition, safety, mileage, or history of any vehicle. Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect vehicles prior to bidding. Payment is due in cash in full at the time of sale, and all sales are final. The seller reserves the right to reject any bid or withdraw any vehicle from the auction at any time. The buyer assumes all responsibility for registration, taxes, fees, and compliance with Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles requirements. All vehicles will be sold on a H-76 in lieu of a title and the H76 is only valid in the State of CT.
