Walk-ins are accepted during our release hours, but calling ahead is preferred to help expedite the release process.
In order for us to release your vehicle, you must provide a Government issued photo ID and proof of ownership (registration, bill of sale, or vehicle title).
Please confirm the location of your vehicle before coming to pick it up by calling us, or using our online Vehicle Locator.
